India Tree, Specialty Sugars, Fondant & Icing You always see those beautiful cakes in the bakerys. Well, I found the way to make them also. I use this specialty sugar for my fondant icing. I found this India Tree sugar along with other specialty sugars at Greater Gourmet. I cant even begin to tell you how many baking items Greater Gourmet has, but I sure will try!!
